Makro Price Discripencies

Makro advertised a Phillps Easy Touch Garment steamer on a pamphlet placed in the local newspaper for R999 save 900. When I got to the store they informed me that they made a mistake it is actually R2199. I find it difficult to understand and believe that the pamphlet can even reach the final consumer without anyone noticing coincidentally when I get to the store then they tell me I need to pay over double the amount. Please help me with this situation as I believe it is only fair for me to get the item as advertised. If they made the mistake, why should I be the one suffering the loss.
