Makro Port Elizabeth

I have bought online from Makro P.E. for 12 months without incurring any problems My delivery on 31 July was short delivered, oh boy what a nightmare !! 9 phone calls to the call center, a promise of feedback which amounted to zero . 3 emails zero response. I phoned the manager of the P.E. store with a promise of a return call still waiting. I suppose my R3000 monthly shop has no impact for a big online store like Makro. Its a pity because I enjoyed shopping online, its very convenient. Until I get the outstanding goods I wont buy from them. Be warned it takes a toll on your patience :)
