Makro :Poor service delivery

I have ordered a Codac Flat grill last week Monday and today marks 10 days since I ordered and haven’t got my order I have called their contact center two times already as they don’t send any form of communication as to why is it taking so long for them to deliver and one of the agent I spoke to two days ago confirmed it should be 2-5 working days and yet I don’t have my parcel ,Whilst the agent I spoke to yesterday said another department rep**** that my parcel has been delayed and yet as a customer I don’t receive any communication On Monday they said I’ll get my parcel on Tuesday and and Tuesday they said today. Been tracing the parcel on my own and it shows it has been with the courier and it has been stucked there from the 7th till today Meanwhile am loosing a lot of money with their inconvenience Order number :#Mak*** Number ***
