MAKRO POOR SERVICE

Poor pathetic service I received from makro failing to make a delivery of items I bought about 2 weeks ago I have not received any calls,sms,or email from then till I had to do a follow up to check what is happening even now I am still waiting no body knows what is going on with my order nor can they refund me this is very inconvenient for me I really regret ever shopping with makro I would never recommend it to anyone and I will never ever shop again at makro I will go to other online stores with best customer service and efficient delivery
