Makro poor service
I have been waiting for a refund from Makro for an online order that was made on the 31 Jan 2024 they failed to deliver now the are giving me a run around on my refund, their call center agents keep cutting calls ,they are not responding to emails. I am very disappointed in the I will not be using their services in the future! order number MAK*** I was told Mbasakazi Gozongo was the one dealing with my query.
