Makro Poor service & Bad quality Appliances

I bought appliances on the 31:01:2021. One of those was a Defy 6ltr washing machine. That product has been giving us a headache from the day we started using it. I've laid a complaint & my ref number is ***. I've been told they are sending technicians to come help but they've been calling & telling us they will come. No one has helped & Ild most def not recommend buying appliances at Makro their service is very poor. I'm tired of fighting this battle with their complaints team.
