Makro poor service

Makro has failed to refund my money, it's close to 2 months. Sent numerous email requests & follow up calls weekly. Was asked for bank statement (I sent it) for their finance to verify! Everytime I call, I'm told about escalation! Ɛscalation, I don't want escalation, I want my refund.
