Makro poor service and no assistance with solution

Purchased a ladder online and received a phone call advising all the ladders are defective and they have no replacement. Terrible by Makro to not even offer an alternative and a refund will take 7 days. This means my plans to undertake my project will have to be delayed almost 2 weeks till I have funds to purchase another. Really disappointed in Makro and would rather support other stores
