Makro poor service

I have bought groceries on line on the 10th of April 2020. They advised that its 2 to 5 working days. I have called and make numerous follow up with them. Poor service as their staff will disconnect the call while am online.

They then handed over the groceries to Dawn Wings global Express who advised me that I will not get my groceries today and not tomorrow as am staying in the township. There I spoke to Petunia Moloi who was also not friendly.

For someone to get assitance from Makro maybe they need to stay in suburbs for better service. Funny enough when we buy on line they dont tell us that in townships it will take morethan 10 days.

We are in lockdown and we trying to have food for our kids but Makro doesn't care about that.

First step they failed at the shop when they allowed me to buy things that are out of stock and their system accepted the order without indicating that. No one phoned me until I called them and complained then that's when they took action
