Makro poor service

Ordered items online on 25 November 2021.They sent me a email that supplier is out of stock with one of the items which was already bad seeing that it showed available when I ordered and paid. Still waiting for a refund. Next thing only one other item was delivered still waiting for the last item on my list. Good luck phoning them, everytime a different consultant. Telling me the missing item has been delivered. ??????? I don't know where it was delivered but definitely not with me. Seems I bought a unknown person a R600 Christmas gift
