Makro poor service

Good morning The telesales exprience at Makro centurion is very pathetic and poor.

I was supposed to receive goods on the 1st of October, only to be told to come back on the 3rd and on the 4th made to wait for another 2 hours. Moreover the assistances dont have courtesy to explain whats happening.

I am disgustes by the service.
