Makro poor service

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the delivery service and order management associated with recent purchases made through your platform.

I have placed several orders with Makro in the past, all delivered successfully to the same address. However, in my most recent order, your courier is now suddenly unable to locate the address — despite it being unchanged and previously used multiple times without issue. This is unacceptable and points to either negligence or poor coordination on the part of your delivery partner.

To make matters worse, another recent order was confirmed with a delivery date, only for me to be informed days later that the product is now out of stock. This kind of delay and lack of communication is highly unprofessional and undermines customer trust in your service.
