Makro - poor service

I have purchased a washing machine with this order number MAK*** 21-Jan2022. On their website they have indicated that the delivery takes 3-5 work days however i'm still waiting in anticipation for my order even today's, worst thing when i phone to follow up on my order,i get bunch of *********** idiots staff who gives me all sorts of stupid excuses. This is a very bad service and i encourage everyone to rather not buy from this store instead it will be better to maybe consider Game store and other related stores. I will never buy from this store again!
