Makro Poor Service !!

Shocking service yet again from Makro. I receive a promotional email to get R150 off when you spend R500. At the till after spending over R500 I get told there is no voucher code and go to reception. At reception I get told that Makro Head Office need to Issue the voucher and would not happen today !!!! Unacceptable service yet again !! Let’s see if Makro responds to me as I am still waiting on the previous review I posted !!!
