MAKRO Poor Service

I purchased a brand new 75" QLED Samsung TV online via Makro. We opened the sealed box only to find 2 right hand stands for the TV. They were both quality checked and approved and in sealed packets. I called Makro who could not exchange the unit because it was past the 7 day period. We were then given 2 stands by the Makro Manager. Needless to say, when we tried them at home, it was the incorrect stands as it was for another model. A repair call was logged 2 weeks back and we were told that the stands will reach us within 4 days. After numerous calls to the service centre because they do not call and advise on status, they delivered today (25/11). Guess what, it was a wrong stand again. I called Ashley from Samsung and he does not know anything about customer service and he said that he will call me back but did not. I regret changing from LG!!!!definately world apart for customer service.
