Makro poor service

I ordered a fridge online on the 27th of January and I was told it will be delivered on the 31st of January. Till today it hasn’t been delivered and when I chat to them they lie and say the fridge is with the courier company. I called the courier company and they advised that they never received this order. When I try to reach their Pietermaritzburg store they keep transferring me to another department and don’t give me a straight answer. My food is getting spoiled everyday yet I have a fridge that is sitting in store and no one is doing anything about it to assist me
