Makro Poor Service

Just some feedback on my previuos query. On 26 April Panaservice sent their technicians to come and evaluate my Sunbeam Gas Stove. They only checked the knob covers and oven hinges but not any of the plates. They told me that someone from Makro will get back to me after they have submitted their evaluation. On 30 April I went to the supplier, Nu World, myself and bought new hinges at my expense. On 3 May Panaservice called me to say that the parts arrived and when can they come and fit it. From 26 April to 3 May I havent heard from Makro at all. The plate that I complained about is still not working and now the rotisserie unit started making one heck of a noise and eventually stopped working. The timer is not working and to top it all the bottom element of the oven is also not working. The fact that Makro did not bother to communicate with me during this waiting period shows me that they do not care about their customers. I am waiting to see what is going to happen this time around. Must I fix these faults again at my expense?
