Makro poor service

Further to my previous complaint and response from Makro on hellopeter I have finally taken delivery of the repaired floor cleaner. Unfortunately and completely in line with the poor service from Makro they did not return the stand for the cleaner, which makes it difficult to use. I repeat do not buy any appliances from Makro as their repair service is completely unacceptable
