Makro - Poor online shopping system

I ordered 3 items from Makro online which were supposed to be delivered in 21 days but it's now 28 days later and they haven't been delivered. I have not received any communication from Makro informing me of the reason for the delay. The online tracking says "delivery in progress," which is only the second step of the 6 step delivery process.
