MAKRO: POOR ONLINE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION

#MAK*** Bought an item online on Saturday and paid via EFT. Sunday I received confirmation that Makro is in the process of packing the item. On Monday I received an email that the order has been cancelled. No reason provided for the cancellation and no indication when will I be refunded. Poor service and appalling communication.
