Makro poor online service

Disappointed with Makro's online service I’m really disappointed with Makro’s online service. I placed an order and experienced problems, so I called customer care for assistance. consultants put me on hold for a long time until I ran out of airtime, and no one bothered to call me back. It’s very frustrating to be treated this way after trusting your online service. I expected better communication and support from a big company like Makro. Delivery date not kept by makro no answer or reply on the whatsapp suport
