Makro poor online service

I will never make another online purchase at Makro. Goods ordered on 30/11/2024 despite numerous calls still no joy. Surely their system can tell where a purchase originated from, if there is no stock available within 50-100km the sale should not go through. I'd like to know how much Makro earns in interest on all of these purchases that have been made without customers having received their items.
