Makro - Poor online sales support

Very bad after-sales service from Makro Port Elizabeth. I placed an online order with Makro 18/11/2023 and then the wrong item was delivered. I Phoned and send numerous emails to the support department asking to collect the wrong delivered item and to refund me for the payment I made plus the R50 courier fee. Received feedback only now in January 2024 saying they are busy with my query but all returns logged after 14 days from order, will not be refunded. Now still waiting for items to be collected and for me to be refunded. Will never order anything online from Makro again. They are quick to take your money, then don't worry if something goes wrong afterwards. Sorry, but Makro just lost another customer today!!
