Makro, poor experience but 1 amazing person changed that for me

This review is not for Makro as I had a very poor experience, it is however for the only person who was willing to help me as the store was about to close...

On Saturday, 22/10/2023 I visist Makro Ottery to purchase a new Samsung 55" TV with a budget of R20k. I arrived at the store just before it closed, 12:55. When I got to the TV department, the TV specialist (wearing a Sony T-Shirt) just walked away and said he would find someone, he didn't come back. I asked other staff to help me and they eventually said no one was there to help. Even Security said to me "no one is helping you today buddy". Luckily for Makro, a brilliant gentleman by the name of Calvin Africa offered to help me, he stayed late and treated me as if I was his #1 customer, i've never been this impressed before. No one else wanted to help me (check the camera footage (22/10/2023 13:05). He even helped me put the 55" TV into my boot. If Makro Ottery Management reads this, please, give him a raise or promote him, these are the people that make Makro, Makro!
