Makro Poor Delivery Service

Buying online from Makro was my worst experience as of yet i purchasedxan item on thd 10th of December and was given a delivery date of the 19th of December and still nothing has arived when mailing them we get nothing but excuses and blame shifting that the couriers are at fault also when calling we got the same excuses but no solutions upon sending a whatsapp todsy they teturned by saying that the order might be cancelled as its been open for to long this doesnt seem fair as when i asked for s credit or a different item ghe refused now they want to cancel when they see fit i refuse to have the item cancelled i want what i payed for😡
