Makro poor delivery service

Terrible on line order delivery service. Placed order on 22 Nov, the day Before black Friday and still have Not received our order. We have phoned in all of last week speaking to many different agents and getting different excuses with each one. One being "oh ! It has been delivered. Reference no has been given and follow up promised either by phone or emails, which again just doesn't happen!!!!!! Originally 7 to 10 days for delivery. Then they said that was a glitch and it should be counted as working days but that still leaves it way over due AND the excuses are incomprehensible.
