very bad customer returns .sent in a gaming chair for repairs came out worse when asked for a credit they tell me to take it to the store I bought it from.but makro is makro why should i

31 Jul 2024, 15:14went to cornubia makro for the credit given a long story that they have to send chair back for repairs and if only it can't be repaired then only will they credit week.so now must wait a other 3 weeks and all my cost in going up n down to makro.this is really unacceptable. please assist cause I,got no help from makro
