Makro poor collect/pickup refund service

I ordered 2 what looked like high back chairs from Makro, it was delivered and on delivery i noticed pics are very deceiving, they are in fact not high back at all and is of poor quality, I requested a return and refund in the 21/08/2023 (***) , eight calls later, still nothing, always saying they are escalating it. This morning i request to speak to a supervisor only to be told hang on i will talk to him, 13 minutes later, still holding.. Should have listened to all reviews not to buy there. i am so disgusted in their service. will ever recommend them for anyone to buy online from them. total ineptitude from this company.
