MAKRO POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

Bought a Dishwasher from Makro Vanderbijlpark in August 2019, worked 100% for 11 mths, now for the last 5 weeks not working due to the water not draining at the end of the wash cycle, Defy was instructed to attend to the problem, also DISGUSTING SERVICE from them. Being the Customer who bought the appliance from MAKRO, i have never in my life seen such EXTREMELY POOR after sales service. After SEVERAL telephone calls, alot of money spend on my cellphone account, being placed on hold and Defy NOT fixing my machine, NOW they blame me for NEGLIGENCE! The pump in NOT working and they blame it on my water connection to the machine, after it has been working perfectly for 11 months!!!! I am at the end of the line!!! Makro is just pulling up their shoulders....... I bought the machine from MAKRO not Defy, I expect MAKRO to deliver and FIX or REPLACE my machine!!!
