Makro - Poor

I have purchase a Defy side by side fridge from Makro in Bloemfontein. The fridge stopped working a week ago, it took Makro a week to sent a technician to inspect the fridge for the fault. The technician informed us today that the fridge has an internal leak and can not be repaired. I have tried the entire morning to call the store in Bloemfontein but no one answers the phone. I foresee an issued to have the fridge replace by Makro.
