Makro Polokwane's not even a sorry

Makro's head office which I assumed it was only reply with the fact that they received my complaint and that they will give it to the relevant department yes like that is ever going to happen no official apologies from their head office or from Makro Polokwane it self it is sad and the horrible experience remains
