Makro Polokwane - The literal pit of hell!

I am very disappointed with the service I received from literally ALL of the staff members I've come across at this store. Everyone was incredibly unfriendly and seemed like they didn't really want to be at work.

I had to go get a couple of quotations for a bunch of items for my work, we're having an event soon. I could only get quotations for only two items, AFTER being shoved around and told to go from department to department by rude employees. Anyway, so I finally get the quotations and left to go make payment at work.

Since I only got quotations for two out of three items, I called the store asking for a quotation and they kept on transferring me to almost every department till I hung up, my boss had to go buy this item cash at Makro Centurion because she didn't want to deal with Makro Polokwane due to their grotesque service.

I have to go collect the items on Monday the 4th of April and I just feel horrible knowing that I have to deal with those ********** people again.

The thought of even stepping into that building makes me physically ill, seriously you guys need to get your staff in order PRONTO!
