Makro Polokwane sold faulty Bennett Read Pressure Washer

I purchased a pressure washer for my small business (Carwash) July 2024, before 3 months end, the machine broke albeit having told it will last for 2yrs because it is bigger (on their Rep advise) I upgraded to the one that broke. It has been 6months, it's like Makro Polokwane managers don't know why they are at work, I did everything they requested yet my issue is not resolved. A month ago they said (Mr Mokonyane) said the decided to give me a new but different brand because the brand in question is I deed faulty (Bennett Read) and the manufacture has even decided to discontinue with the product, but wallah, I had to top up R200 to get replacement. I did not have the R200, and they just canceled the offer, they said they will send me the old one I purchased because they fixed it. I contacted makrocare, their complaints email and they rep**** on the 29th Feb that they are on it with Ref no. #BKHU, to this day they are quite. My business died, I am struggling to generate income.
