Makro Polokwane. Rude incentive and *********** staff

We stay in a small town 70km from town. As my father who also stay in the small town was going to Polokwane. My self and my brother asked if he could bye some necessities for our families. He explained at makro that he was shopping for 3 different families as we are at work all day and will not be able to make the trip to shops for a while. Instead of trying to verify or give a pensioner the benefit of the doubt. They reacted disrespectful and with language that should not be used by personnel that works with the public. So all of us in small towns that do not have access to shops with necessitys and ar forced to work to help our customers are not taken into account. I my self work from 7 in the morning to 6 at night Monday to Friday and 7 till 2 on Saturday. When am i supposed to buy the things my family needs for the lock down.
