Makro polokwane refused to sell to customers

I was at makro polokwane to purchase my daughter a bicycle on Saturday the 22nd of may 2021 for her birthday. I arrived at 3:40 and at 3:50 all the sale person were walking out of a store full of customers.

I request for service but they refuse at around 3:50 even the manager refused and said they are closed. I was so disappointed with their service and my daughter was hurt.

I urge people to shop from either game or checkers their customer service is way better than makro.
