Makro Polokwane is the worst. If ordering online rather buy from third parties

I placed an order on 25th October that was supposed to be taken care of by Makro Polokwane and expected delivery was on the 27th of October. From there I never got my order everyday they sent “your order to be delivered tomorrow”. I called to cancel that’s when they said they can’t find my package and don’t know where it is. And they are busy updating lies saying “the courier couldn’t find you”” the courier guy was lost”. Even when cancelling they tell you to wait 7-14 working days to get the money back. Now I must wait for that long to buy necessities elsewhere.

Makro Polokwane is the worst I also had another problem when they didn’t deliver all my items even now I still didn’t receive my refund.
