Makro Polokwane is pathetic

I bought 2 fridges worth 15000. I enquired in store about delivery, and was told it should be on the day of purchase, or the next day. The next day I tried to contact Makro polokwane regarding delivery. I was unable to reach them the whole day. I finally got in contact with them, was then informed she would contact me within 5 minutes to sort the problem. 20 minutes later, I phoned back, only for the call to be rejected. Much later, a lady from Makro called me, asking me why she should contact me.

This is pathetic service, and the worst customer relations from Makro Polokwane.
