I still want to be explained as to what happened actually. To get the matter resolved I had to come back from Bela-Bela which is about 220 kilometres away, and that was a fruitless and wasteful expenditure on my side. The matter was only resolved the following day causing me to get overnight accomodation in Polokwane. And still, I had to go back to the store at my own expense. Still o am not explained how it went wrong. An apology is not enough as this may repeat to me or any other person. Let's play fair accounting business practice than an apologetic technic. Please.
