Makro polokwane is a ****

Makro polokwane branch is so unprofessional, they delivered a faulty TV and since then when I call they don't pick up and when they do, the person on the line will listen to my story then tell me that the online department people are not at work and hang up. I'm now just stuck with a broken TV. I'm sooo disappointed
