MAKRO POLOKWANE

I had taken in my Laptop to Makro Polokwane for repairs as it was still under warranty on the 20th January 2023 and was told that it would take 6 weeks or less to have it repaired.

24th February I received a text from Makro that my Laptop was ready for collection at the store, I went there and was told that it is not there and they dont know or cant see on the system as to who sent the SMS.

2rs March 2023 I received a call from from Makro Polokwane stating that my Laptop was ready for collection and I could come collect it, I proceeded to Makro and Lo and behold... My laptop isn't there, don't know where it is and they don't know who called me.

The 6 weeks Period has already passed and I am still without a Laptop.
