Makro Polokwane betrayed my trust as a customer

I bought a dish and decoder at Makro Polokwane and sales agent (Dimakatso) arranged with an installer (Peter) to install our dish and extra view. The Dstv consultant then told us that she has spoken to the installer and he will install both the dish and extra view for free, to which we agreed. When the installer came he told us that he will not install the extra view unless we give him R450. He also requested me to sign the installation documents and i told him that i'm not satisfied with his service and we should go to Makro tomorrow to sort out this issue before i sign and he threatened to take off the dish even though he had already made holes in my roof. My concern is that the Dstv consultant at Makro gave us false information and also did not give us the option of choosing our own installer, so we thought this guy is working with all Makro Dstv customers only to find out that he is not. I'm really shocked with the dishonesty that the Dstv consultant has shown and when we went back to Makro fortunately for us there was a lady who is working with her who was there when all of that happened so she confirmed our story. I'm really disappointed by the level of service I received.
