Makro Polokwane bad service

Macro Polokwane has the worst customer service ever I bought a exercise bike from them and it was incomplete and the department manager did not want to assist at all. the way they are caring on I am lying. I also told them that they must come and fetch the old one and bring me a new one and they advised me that that will only happen in 7 to 10 days. I wish I could buy some thing from them and only say I will pay in 7 to 10 days. I will not support them anymore and I will tell everybody I know the same. I also hope Makro senior department sees this because this will cost them allot of sales.
