Makro Polokwane Bad human service

Since I am waiting for my IRP5 to submit to sars Makro Polokwane hr manager Freddy Magwai is not assisting me,he tells me is not urgent and he has been told to wait by his head office for reply,it seems Makro wants to get me in trouble by refusing to give me my IRP5, could someone from makro head office assist in this regard.
