Makro Polokwane after sales service pathetic and a bunch of liers

I returned a Garmin watch with a faulty screen on 1 December 2021. On 5 January 2022 I phoned Makro Polokwane to follow up. Then they **** to me by telling me Garmin is closed until 10 January 2022. Garmin was never closed during December. I still have not got feedback on when will I receive my watch back. Unacceptable for not getting back to me. Unacceptable for lying to me. When did you actually send my watch in? When I phoned and asked where my watch is?
