Makro PMB has zero customer service

It is a pity I am forced to even give one star. It is undeserved. I bought a new chainsaw from Makro PMB, tried to use it once and immediately it was clear that it was faulty. I take it back to the store 6 days later and get told that it is used and it has to be sent in for repair! A brand new unit, six days after purchase!! 2 weeks later and no news. Why the hell should I have to wait weeks because of defective stock? What reason do I have to ever buy anything from Makro again?!
