Makro PMB/ customer care - Terrible service

I am experiencing terrible service from Makro we purchased a Defy fridge in 2025 July and the fridge broke done in Jan 2026 , the fault was reported to Makro *** on the 31st of Jan and we were advised that the turn around is 72 hours , but the technician was only despatched after 12 Days and we still stuck with a broken fridge and what is worse is poor communication and the fact that we constantly have to ask for an update.
