MAKRO PLEASE RESPOND!
I do not know what to do. It's now a week later and items are still outstanding from my order. I cannot take that loss. Mr. Europe Mokoena very kindly contacted me to help, but things have gone quiet now and i still don't know what's going on. I've emailed Makro countless times... no response. Some refunds have come through but there's over R400 worth of items i have paid for that have not been delivered and have not been refunded. I do not understand what the problem is. Do i need to take legal action as this is theft. I have paid for items that i did not get and there is only silence from Makro. PLEASE! CAN SOMEBODY RESPOND!
