Makro please refund me or deliver the right order

Iam so dissapointted i dont wanna lie first on tuesday they deliver wrong colour of the school bag i have ordered then i said to my self is just a colour then i decided to live them .then on thursday they deliver wrong order they send me a school bag instead of king fleece blanket and the sad is that they dnt respond to any call or email ,and i was using payflex to pay month end they want their money they dnt need storys
