Makro please deliver my online order asap

Ordered online to collect ottery. Makro called in Sunday said no stock they will hand over to montague gardens and delivery to me for free. Got notification saying I can collect montague gardens . Sent x 2 emails and a call no response and I need the product please advise urgently
