Makro - Please be careful - ********* and deceiving company

Makro - Please be alert, I purchased a new Whirlpool washing machine for Makro Montague Gardens, the machine didn't work, a technician came out on 3 x occasions, each time machine works for 1 or 2 washes then packs up. I now refused to have fixed again and am demanding my money back. Makro has a cheek to tell my attorney they will look at replacing the machine however they don't pay the legal costs it took me to get her to send them a legal letter. So basically they can sell you a product that is clearly faulty, refuse to give you a refund, wait for you to go to a lawyer and then have the cheek to say ""Makro policy is we don't pay for legal costs even if it can be proven the machine is faulty and we refund you, we will only pay legal costs if the case goes to court and the magistrate orders we pay legal costs" this is nothing short of disgraceful. I am still waiting for their "lawyer" to respond to my attorney calls, in the mean time because we in a flat and don't have space for a second machine, we are having to take our washing to a laundromat. Sorry Makro you won't see me in your stores again or any of my friends and family
